Floor Plans program:  This program allows you to choose a city and then search by tract name, street name, number of units, by builder, area within a city and more.  With the click of a button, you can see maps showing the boundaries of the tract.  You can also see the marketing names for all of the models, the square footage, number of bedrooms, baths, garages, fireplaces, type of dining, and any extras such as den or bonus rooms.  Our program also has the diagrams and site or plot plans for the developments.

Requirements:  The information is available on CD-ROM/DVD and requires Windows2000, WindowsXP,Vista and Windows 7® and Macs® with the ability to run Windows®.  It is a subscription service and will run for 12 months.

If you would like the floor plans for a particular project and are not a subscriber, we will send you the information for one Tract (up to 15 pages) for $10.00 plus tax.  If the Tract report contains more than 15 pages, we will contct you before sending the order.  Please note, these are not working drawings for architectual use.  They are basic sketches of the room layouts. The program contains Tract information, Floor Plans and Site Plans for Orange County.  Soon we will have other counties.  Check back often for details.

Most major housing tracts are included.  We may not have floor plans for most custom homes and many of the older original homes.
